 A manufacturer of liquid fertilizers and sustainable pesticides aimed at making the world more environmentally sustainable has raised $505,000 in a private debt offering, according to a filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mirimichi Green Express LLC raised the money from six investors, according to the filing. The Castle Hayne, North Carolina-based company was created after entertainer Justin Timberlake became the owner of what is now Mirimichi golf course in Memphis, Tennessee.
