A settlement has been reached in a federal consumer lawsuit involving Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. and the nutritional content of fruit and maple fillings in several products. Attorneys for the plaintiff, Irina Agajanyan, submitted a filing Wednesday reporting the settlement and requesting 60 days to file supporting documentation. Few details were released about the deal.
