Grassley: 'Sky isn't going to fall' if farm bill misses deadline

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said he has faith that Senate Agriculture Chairman Pat Roberts will get the farm bill finished by the Sept. 30 deadline. But, he added, "the sky isn't going to fall" if Congress doesn't get it done on time because lawmakers will still have time before the midterms to wrap up — or can even pass a one-year extension of the existing farm bill.
