Last Friday’sWall Street Journal published an editorial describing how plaintiffs’ lawyers used junk science to persuade a California jury that a school groundskeeper was 'exposed’ to glyphosate, and it caused his cancer.    This case and loss will have a huge potential impact on agriculture, if upheld. The Journal stated “…the problem…is that there’s overwhelming scientific evidence that glyphosate does not cause cancer.”
