 It's dawn at the Holt household, and work is already well underway. When most kids are sound asleep, Jax and Eli Holt are up feeding their animals. They're just 8 and 6, respectively, and their little brother Knox, who sometimes trails behind them, is not yet 2 years old. The boys have been learning to raise and show animals since they could barely walk.
