Wayne Bailey Produce Co. has successfully exited Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, according to George Wooten, president of the Chadbourn, NC-based company. “Our plan was confirmed by the judge on our case,” said Wooten. “Our creditors and our company have a plan to move forward and everyone is in agreement. We now look forward to our upcoming crop, the coming season and an outstanding future.”
