Officials from the FEI World Equestrian Games pledged Tuesday a "robust" emergency response should the effects of Hurricane Florence impact any part of the games once the storm hits land. Sharon Decker, COO of the Tryon International Equestrian Center, said organizers dreamed about holding an opening press briefing on the first day of the games, but "we didn't dream it would be about a hurricane off the coast of North Carolina."
