Incident Reports are an important tool to a smooth-running operation. By completing incident reports you are recording valuable information that can be useful when making decisions for your farm. These reports can provide insight on minor incidents and help find out why something more serious did not occur or how they can occur in the future. They keep workers aware and remind them of possible hazards and creates a culture of safety and quality improvements.
