Since winning the top honor at this year’s N.C. Restaurant and Lodging Association's Chef Showdown in Charlotte in August, things have been a bit busier for Chef of the Year Travis Myers. Myers is the executive chef at Willow’s Bistro in downtown Winston-Salem.
