Performance reviews are essential piece to a robust Human Resources Management program. Providing at least one annual performance review allows you to have a focused conversation with individual employees on their job performance and gives you a specific opportunity to address areas where they excel and need improvement. Performance reviews give the chance for employers to strengthen engagement of employees, assess the trainings needs of your workforce, set new goals and even resolve grievances. This Performance Review Template is a great tool to begin planning a performance review process for your employees.
