The Citizen Times in August profiledJax and Eli Holt, two of three Leicester brothers who, at just 8 and 6 respectively, have been farming since they could barely walk. They get up at dawn to feed their animals and most recently raised a clutch of tiny chicks to enter into the Youth Market Broiler show at the N.C. Mountain State Fair.
