UFCW to discuss pork line speeds with White House, USDA

Trump administration officials will meet with United Food and Commercial Workers union members next week to discuss USDA's proposal to eliminate the current 1,100 hogs-per-hour line speed limit at pork plants. Critics of the plan worry it will lead to more injuries among workers.
