ASAP (Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project) is joining schools, preschools, colleges, and individuals across the state of North Carolina in celebrating National Farm to School Month by crunching into a locally grown apple in celebration of the North Carolina Crunch at noon on October 10, 2018. 2018 will be a record breaking year for the North Carolina Crunch with over 275,000 participants registered across the state. This is the third year that North Carolina has participated in a Crunch event.
