More than 89-thousand pounds of N.C. pork recalled

Johnston County Hams of Smithfield, N.C., is recalling about 89,096 pounds of ready-to-eat ham products that may be adulterated with listeria monocytogenes, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The ready-to-eat deli-loaf ham items were produced from April 3, 2017 to Oct. 2, 2018.
