Vendor space at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago is available to Got To Be NC members. The show is May 18-21, 2019. Booth space is about 10’ x 15’ and costs $6,000. Other expenses would include shipping costs for sample products/supplies, Drayage, dock and storage services, electrical and equipment parts and services, along with transportation, lodging and meals. She notes that producing for the food service sector is a different business model than retail with margins typically narrower than for retail or direct sale.
