CANCELLATION: H.F. Lee Plant public hearing cancelled in Goldsboro

The N.C. Environmental Management Commission has cancelled the Oct. 11 public hearing on a draft special order by consent for the H.F. Lee Plant due to expected impacts from Hurricane Michael in the Goldsboro area. A new meeting date will soon be announced and posted online at: https://deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/water-resources/water-resources-permits/wastewater-branch/npdes-wastewater-permits.
