A roundup of recent public opinion polls put together by the politics and polling website FiveThirtyEight suggests that three congressional races in North Carolina remain too close to call with Election Day less than three weeks away. Polls released since the beginning of September queried voters in the 2nd District, where Democrat Linda Coleman faces Republican Congressman George Holding, the 9th District, where Democrat Dan McCready and Republican Mark Harris vie for an open seat, and the 13th District, where Republican Congressman Tedd Budd faces Democrat Kathy Manning.
