Judges: All election board laws struck down in NC to stay in place until after elections

North Carolina judges have agreed to delay enforcing their entire ruling striking down several parts of the state's election administration laws until fall election results are certified. Members of the three-judge panel signed Monday an order sought jointly by Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper and Republican legislative leaders involved in litigation challenging the latest iteration of the state election board.
