 “Phil” (Margaret) Campbell has grown pansies at her nursery in Raleigh for 27 years. This year, Campbell’s collection includes more than 200 colors and a million plant plugs. Campbell likes the cool weather flower because of its beauty, fragrance and durability. Pansies can last all winter and into the first part of May.
