Duke scores $1M to study links between cancer and environment

A $1 million donation to Duke University will establish an environmental exposomics laboratory to study environmental links to cancer and other diseases – furthering Duke's capabilities as a research institute.  Duke's $1 million gift comes from Michael and Annie Falk, members of the university’s Nicholas School of the Environment Board of Visitors. Their daughters, Mikaela and Gianna, are both Duke graduates.
