Gov. Roy Cooper threatens veto of H1029 over campaign finance secrets

North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper announced he plans to veto H1029, the North Carolina State Board of Elections bill, Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018. Cooper said he would sign it if NCGA members removed part 4 of the bill, which deals with investigations.
