The full Senate will vote on whether to approve Andrew Wheeler to be the next full-time administrator of the EPA, after the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee on Tuesday narrowly advanced his nomination 11-10 in a vote along party lines. The vote comes at a time when questions remain about Wheeler's intentions when it comes to biofuels policy at EPA.
