Adams re-elected to Black Caucus

Rep. Alma Adams, D-Guilford, has been re-elected as chair of the Legislative Black Caucus. Adams, recently re-elected to her eighth term in the House, was chosen by the group at a meeting last week. Sen. Malcolm Graham, D-Mecklenburg, was elected as the first vice chair and Rep. Earline Parmon, D-Forsyth, was chosen second vice chair.
