 Raleigh-based BMC Stock Holdings Inc. announced Monday it had acquired Charlotte-area Locust Lumber for an undisclosed amount. BMC is a provider of diversified building products, services and innovative building solutions in the U.S. residential construction market. It had $3.4 billion in 2017 net sales and serves 45 metropolitan areas across 19 states, primarily in the South and West regions.
