A beloved local shrimper lost his life earlier this week. His death raises the issues local fishermen face in doing their job. Timothy Frank, know as Timmy to his family and friends, is described as a wonderful man. He loved his family and his job, one where he always placed safety at the forefront of his mind in a dangerous profession. Last Sunday evening, as Frank's day was coming to a close, he was killed while doing his job.
