The top agricultural representatives from the United States, Canada and Mexico will also be under one roof in Washington D.C. this week as there’s hope the updated NAFTA trade deal called USMCA could be one stop closer to a reality. USDA Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue, Canada’s Minister of Agriculture and Mexico’s Secretary of Agriculture are all meeting at USDA’s Ag Outlook Forum Thursday.
