Bailey Farms, Oxford, N.C., is expanding acreage of its DulceFina peppers in response to consumer demand. The company introduced the sweet mini pepper last season. DulceFinas swept consumer taste tests by a 3-to-1 margin, according to a news release, and boast high average brix numbers.
