N.C. Environmental Management Commission to meet March 13-14

The N.C. Environmental Management Commission will meet next week at the Archdale Building in downtown Raleigh. Commission committees will meet Wednesday, March 13, with the full commission meeting Thursday, March 14.

The Environmental Management Commission is responsible for adopting rules for the protection, preservation, and enhancement of the state’s air, land and water resources. The commission oversees and adopts rules for several divisions of the Department of Environmental Quality, including the divisions of Air Quality; Energy, Mineral and Land Resources; Waste Management and Water Resources. The public is welcome to attend meetings in person or by WebEx at the links shown below.
