CIJ Holdings Inc., a North Carolina-based cannabis investment and holdings company, has acquired a Wilmington-based cannabis seed to sale consultation and brokerage house called Grown 2 Gold LLC for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is the first for privately-held CIJ Holdings and strengthens the company’s cultivation, processing, manufacturing and brokerage operations within the cannabis industry. “We are extremely excited about the partnership with CIJ Holdings Inc,” said Boone Rivenbark, founder of Grown 2 Gold LLC.
