A Duplin County farmer, who is a Canadian immigrant and naturalized U.S. citizen, has been named the 2019 SBA North Carolina Small Business Person of the Year. Steven Ceccarelli, owner of Farm Fresh Produce, Inc. in Faison, has been invited to attend a ceremony honoring his achievement in Washington, D.C. on May 5-6.
