Chuck Grassley (R-IA) says if enforcement agreements are nailed down this week, there could be a trade agreement by the end of April. “We’ve made a lot of progress on structural reform, like not having companies in the United States have to give technical assistance to the Chinese,” he told AgriTalk host Chip Flory adding that negotiations have also included putting controls on currency manipulations and the Chinese committing to buying more U.S. agriculture products.
