Today, the Vietnam Government made a decision to place a ban on all Glyphosate-based products after having been on the market around the world and thoroughly studied for more than 40 years. According to the decision, Glyphosate imports and production will not be permitted after 60 days from today, April 10, and all Glyphosate use will not be permitted 14 months from today (1 year after imports and production are prohibited). CropLife Asia and Bayer Vietnam have released their statements on the matter.
