When the 2019 hurricane season starts, it is going to be a “normal” one, according to a North Carolina State University professor’s prediction. The forecast that Lian Xie anticipates calls for “13 to 16 named storms forming in the Atlantic basin,” according to a story posted on N.C. State’s website.
