 Strawberry season is in full swing but one favorite farm in eastern North Carolina area won't be open for picking after Hurricane Florence destroyed it. Parker Farm in Pollocksville is usually filled with people picking and eating their strawberries. But after Hurricane Florence completely flooded their fields, seven months later they are still recovering.
