Export Lending Part II: Export Working Capital Loan Program When: Tuesday, April 23rd, 10:00 am EDT Course Description: SBA's Export Working Capital Program (EWCP) loans are targeted for businesses that are able to generate export sales and need additional working capital to support these sales. Participating lenders review and approve applications and submit the request to the SBA staff at the U.S. Export Assistance Center location servicing the exporter's geographical territory. Export Lending Part III: The Export Express Loan Program When: Tuesday, May 7th, 10:00 am EDT Course Description: The SBA Export Express Program provides exporters and lenders a streamlined method to obtain SBA-backed financing for loans and lines of credit up to $500,000. Lenders use their own credit decision process and loan documentation; SBA provides an expedited eligibility review and provides a response within 24 hours. It is generally subject to the same loan processing, making, closing, servicing, and liquidation requirements as well as the same maturity terms, interest rates, and applicable fees as the SBA Express Loan program. Dan will discuss how to become an Express lender, make and service Export Express loans as well as the differences between the Export Express requirements and other SBA loan program requirements.
