I’m Mary Walden with economist MW, welcoming you to the economic perspective.  Today’s program asks if immigration could help depopulating counties.  Mike, two of the numerous issues facing our country and North Carolina are foreign immigration and counties declining in population.   I understand that some think the solutions to both are linked.  Please explain.
