Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler sits down each week with Southern Farm Network’s Mike Davis to discuss “Today’s Topic.” Feral swine continue to pose a threat to agriculture and the environment because of their invasive nature. NCDA&CS is part of the N.C. Feral Swine Task Force looking at ways to help address this growing issue. The task force is holding its second public meeting May 23 in Anson County. The group hopes to have more meetings coming up.
