State senator's farm building catches fire

Dozens of firefighters responded to a blaze at a Sampson County farm owned by a state senator on Sunday morning, authorities said. An 80-foot-by-100-foot building containing equipment at state Sen. Brent Jackson’s farm in Autryville caught fire Sunday morning. The fire was reported at 6:16 a.m.
