 A New Bern business man is expected to announce his run for Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina. Buddy Bengel, who tabs himself as a conservative business owner and entrepreneur from New Bern, will launch his campaign to be the next Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina. He will formally make his announcement at 11:30 a.m. on Monday at one of his restaurants, Beer Army Burger Company.
