The Food Processing Center at the University of Nebraska announced it will sponsor the first National Small Food Manufacturer Conference on April 23-24, 2009 in Lincoln, Neb.
The Food Processing Center provides technical and business assistance to food entrepreneurs and manufactures in the United States and abroad. The conference will target issues small food manufacturers encounter every day.
Speakers will include Will Betts from Whole Foods Market, Patrick Lynch from the National Association of the Specialty Food Trade and Pierce Hollingsworth, President of Hollingsworth Media.
