Public Comment Period for Form I-9 Extension Open Until July 5, 2019

USCIS published a Federal Register notice to invite public comments on our proposed extension of Form I-9 before it expires on August 31. The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires a 60-day and a 30-day comment period for this Form I-9 extension. The second comment period will be open for 30 days, until June 30, 2019.
