Aaron went to our local USDA office to certify crops, which kinda indicates how desperate we are for something to do while we wait for the sun to come back out. While he was there, he asked about the MFP (Market Facilitation Payments) for this year and as the local Farm Bureau president offered to help arrange for meetings to get information out to farmers. Our local FSA manager told him that would be great, but they have no information at all on those payments. Not only that, they have no guidance on the new Farm Bill.
