USDA on Friday released its annual Technology Transfer Report on tech innovation in the ag sector. The publication for fiscal 2018 highlighted discoveries like a treatment for peanut allergies and a coconut oil-based repellent to ward off blood-sucking insects that cost cattle ranchers $2.4 billion each year.
