 House Speaker  Tim Moore pulled a scheduled vote to override Gov. Roy Cooper's veto of the $24 billion state budget off the House calendar at the last minute Monday night. Moore reset the vote for Tuesday, but it's unclear when it may actually occur as Republican leadership again plays a numbers game to give themselves the best chance at an override.
