North Carolina lawmakers are working on setting up a legal framework for hemp farming in the state. Scott Propheter is a hemp farmer from Halifax County, NC and vice president of Agronomy and Outreach for Criticality LLC, an NC-based hemp processing and consulting company.He spoke with Donna King of WPTF in Raleigh about the legislation.
