Dairy farmers plead for help, but NC legislators leery of milk price supports

 A state commission could set minimum milk prices in an effort to shore up North Carolina's struggling dairy industry under legislation that supporters hope to get moving at the General Assembly. Senate Bill 380 would re-establish the North Carolina Milk Commission and empower it to set minimum and maximum prices.
