You might recall that out-and-out ballot fraud in the North Carolina 9th Congressional District in the 2018 midterms led to the race’s invalidation. The new election is scheduled for Sept. 10. Let’s keep in mind that the state Republican Party had the opportunity to intervene before the general election and chose not to.
