The NC Farm Bill of 2019 continues to face controversy in the General Assembly. The sticking point has been how to regulate the burgeoning hemp industry, made legal again by the 2018 federal Farm Act. Donna King of WPTF/Raleigh talks with Fen Rascoe, a member of the NC Industrial Hemp Commission, about where the bill stands.
