Ted McKinney, USDA Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs, is leading a trade mission to Canada September 3-6, accompanied by 41 U.S. agribusinesses and associations who are looking to expand sales to the United States’ top agricultural export markets.
