Hurricane Dorian left its mark on coastal North Carolina, and on Saturday Gov. Roy Cooper and State House Speaker Tim Moore (R-Cleveland) toured the damage. The two surveyed damage in the Outer Banks and in Carteret County. "People on the ground who felt the effects of Dorian are our focus today. Getting food, water and medical help to the people in need is the first priority," Cooper said. "Utilities are working hard to restore power and we want life to return to normal as soon as possible in eastern North Carolina."
